Additionally, employees can easily monitor their leave balances, keeping them informed and in control of their time management.
Approach
At ISET, our approach to designing the ultimate attendance management system revolves around three core principles: simplicity, accessibility, and functionality. We understand that in today's fast-paced world, no one has time for complex and convoluted systems. That's why we've prioritized simplicity in every aspect of the user experience, from intuitive interfaces to straightforward navigation.
My Role
Managed the entire design process from requirements gathering to prototype development. This involved conducting employee interviews, creating wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes, ensuring alignment with project goals and industry standards. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, I facilitated iterative design reviews and oversaw implementation, ensuring the delivery of a user-centric attendance management system that met both user needs and business objectives.
The Challenge
One of the main challenges in the ISET project was to design a user-friendly interface that seamlessly integrates complex attendance management functionalities. Balancing simplicity with the need for comprehensive features presented a significant challenge, requiring careful consideration of user workflows and interface design to ensure an intuitive experience for all users.
